A proud born and raised Texan, I have a background in marketing and real estate sales and a health and wellness coach certification. I have always been a personal development junkie, and at 58, I just finished a 2-year business management degree.
I am always striving to develop my own strengths and the strength and mindfulness of other women. My passion is helping women connect and find their energy, voice, and True North. My proudest “titles” are mother and grandmother.
