Are you Thriving?

If you truly take a look at yourself – your lifestyle, career, friendships, relationships, do you see yourself as thriving?  If you aren’t feeling totally fulfilled in any of these areas, its time to possibly dig deep and make a few changes.  

Without even being aware that its’ happening, when there is turmoil in these areas, it can bring stress to our lives. Where you find stress, your are also probably finding yourself dealing with anger, anxiety and sadness as well. What is it that needs improvement, and how are we going to do it? 

Focusing on our health is the first step – and when you do, you will find that a lot of the other issues will fall into place. Your health is being harshly affected when we aren’t living our authentic life.  Changing your attitude to gratitude for all that IS going well, and learning to be optimist are game changers. Starting a new hobby that you enjoy can bring great positivity changes in our lives.  Meditation, having supportive friends – having loving pets is very uplifting as well. Spending time at a job that you are passionate about, will save you many unhappy years ahead.  You are cheating yourself if you are settling for less.
