What will you Gain when you Lose the Weight?

With all of the talk of wanting to “Lose” the weight, do you ever wonder will you actually “Gain” from it?  We need to start with the end in mind – For me, my end was that I wanted the weight loss to give me freedom – freedom to play with my grandchildren.  Here are a few benefits that actually took place after I started losing weight –

 I slept better, I lowered my blood pressure and I decreased my joint pain in my knees and back.  Weight loss can also decrease your risk of diabetes, heart disease, and improve your overall mobility. 

Will losing the weight give you a more active social life with greater confidence?  The medical and lifestyle benefits show up quickly once you start on your journey.

 There is no time like the present to start your weight loss journey!
